I'm passionate about seeing organizations, non profits and businesses reach their full potential.  I love to see the people that make up those organizations find the area of their greatest contribution to the organization and thrive there.

I believe organizations can put together life changing events, seminars and projects that help to make the world a better.  Developing the team within an organizations to enhance their performance through a method I’ve developed called: Transformational Leadership.  I help organizations customize their strategies in order to bring their projects to life.  It's that same strength that makes me an effective leader, project manager and consultant.
